Why we exist
Modern cloud is hard to run, and hard to learn well. We set out to answer both, as two separate things done by the same experts.
Running modern cloud reliably takes deep, hands-on expertise, more than most teams have in-house.

So we do both, under one roof: run cloud for businesses, and build genuinely job-ready skills in the next generation of engineers.
Our story
When we needed DevOps engineers for our own work, we kept hitting the same wall: freshers with certificates and enthusiasm, but not the foundation the job actually demands. The talent we wanted simply wasn't in the market.
So we stopped waiting and started building it, training freshers from the ground up into field-ready engineers.
It worked. Some of the best people on our team came through our own program, and that's still the whole idea: build the engineers we'd want to hire.
